Maintaining and implementing statutory compliances: Taking care of all statutory acts in factory act. Proper documentation of all official documents (Factory license, MPCB consent).

Maintaining various books like inspector visit book, muster roll, leave with wages book, accident book.

Taking care of monthly ESIC challan. Enrolling new employee to ESIC. Liasioning with    government official.

  1. Taking care of overall activities of PF, PF withdrawal, PF Transfers, PF Chillan’s, ESIC applicability and its compliances, ESIC Declaration & Chillan’s to be submitted timely.
  2. Ensuring timely submission of returns under various labour legislations i.e. Factories Act, PF,  and ESIC, etc.
  3. Licensing with authorities of PF, ESIC and labour grievances handling officials.
  • Time office management:-
  1. Maintain attendance of employees.
  2. Maintain leave card.
  3. Salary administration.

Maintain overtime register
